More catching up...Boppy, Messy Hands, and Shades...

I thought I would do another quick post on some more recent pages I have done, but just haven't gotten around to blogging about yet!  These three pages are based off of sketch at the My Scraps & More Sketch blog over the past couple of months.  I didn't realize it until I posted them here, together, but they all use pretty much the same color scheme!  That wasn't intentional, and I did pages in between each of these....kind weird how that works out I guess!

This first page I made with Fancy Pants "Swagger" collection.  I had to get it just because I love the name!  :)    Just a quick shot of my kiddos with their "Boppy" whom they love to pieces!   I love that he has a mustache so that I could actually USE a paper one on a page since it seems to be so trendy!  :)

I cut apart the chevron pattern, distressed the edges, and layered them over one another.  The orange circles I cut out and stitched concentric circles around the edges.

I am not afraid to let my kiddos make a mess....just walk into my house and you'll see for yourself!  :)  The original sketch that this page was based off of is different, but this is what resulted!  I love the diagonal strips!

I simply added strips of paper, stitched over some, used washi tape for some, and a row of stamped arrows, too.  Papers from Echo Park and Fancy Pants.

How about those old canvas stars from Jillibean!  Bustin' out my STASH!

Last but not least, another page with a mix of Echo Park and Fancy Pants products.  What really makes these photos is the shirt that he is wearing when he decided he wanted to play with my glasses!  :)  What a ham.

I'm so proud of myself because I actually used things from my stash, like the buttons and the camera sticker (from an OLD Sassafrass Lass sticker sheet).

I think I am back into a good groove, now, scrappy wise!  Hope you are stayin' scrappy, too!
